Dealer Warranty - Pro Rata charge on tread depth down to 2/32.  Tire worn out at 2/32

Items Covered - Road Hazard (Bead to Bead); Impact Beads; Workmanship & Materials; Out-of-Round, Leakers 1st 25% only.

Items NOT Covered - Any type of blemish; Farm Tires; Tires that have been plugged; Mis-Alignment & Other Mechanical Wear; Vandalism; Deliberate Abuse; Sidewall Damage on 50 & 60 Series; Broken or Torn Beads; Run Under-inflated Due to Negligence (Run Flats); Repairable Tires; Cosmetic Damage; Light Truck (1st 50% only); Medium Truck (825-20 and larger); Speed Rated Tires Above "S" Rated; Super Swampers, Swampers LTs, ATV, Buckshot, Etc.; All Causes Not Included in Items Covered Section Above.

D & J Tire shall not be liable in any way for special or consequential damages.  The agreement is for additional services in regard to the tires only and shall not enlarge or expand in any way the rights of the consumer to recover for economic or non-economic loss due to any alleged defect in any product provided by D & J Tire.  Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, nor allow the exclusion or limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, nor allow the exclusion or limitations of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you.  This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you also have other rights which vary from state to state.  This Dealer Warranty is a complete and exclusive statement of all terms of this agreement between dealer and D & J Tire.
